Err, hang on a sec..
Err... hang on a sec... didn't I read in one of your earlier posts that the government guarantee the money in peoples' bank accounts up to a value?
Yes you did and so what?
Well they don't seem to care as much about peoples health...
What do you mean?
They don't guarantee hospital beds in the same way...
Well they guarantee to put you on a waiting list and do the best they can to get you a bed.
That seems a little topsy turvy don't you think?
Absolutely!
So?
So my suggestion would be:
1. The central bank should pay my taxes for me and take me out of the pointless tax loop.
2. Banks should be guaranteed to the extent that if they run out of cash they will pay up as soon as the cash becomes available in the way that hospital beds are at the moment.
3. Hospital beds should be guaranteed absolutely in the way that bank accounts are presently.
But then of course I am an idealist!
